Richard's love affair with the Sunshine Coast occurred when he travelled through the region in 2000. Coming from London he could appreciate the same wonderful climate and lifestyle that draws people to the area on a daily basis. Richard's foray into property sales was nothing short of natural progression, with 20 years of sales experience under his belt he can modestly attribute his success to his excellent people skills and talent for negotiating. He is in fact a true “people person” with a dedication to premier customer service.

His real-estate experience began in London, where he managed a major family-owned business for eight years.
