John Skerlak has been a Sunshine Coast local for over two decades and couldn't imagine himself living anywhere else. When he is not working, John and his wife Julie enjoy spending time at local cafes and restaurants and enjoying all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

John's impressive work history includes owning and managing a large construction company with a large number of employees. His involvement was critical in successful projects such as the Dinner Plain Ski Village (Mount Hotham). Throughout his career, John has worked alongside award-winning architects and esteemed developers. It was only a matter of time before John realised his real passion was working with developers and coordinating successful projects and that is just what he has done since joining Next Property Group.
